Payment conditions:

A deposit of 50% of total cost is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance to be paid on arrival in Kathmandu.

Before 35 days - 25%: Before 30 days - 30%: Before 15 days - 40%: Before 7 days-50%

Please supply any medical information that may be relevant to any member of your party taking part in any part of your proposed trip. Include any medication any member may be currently taking. This information will not necessarily preclude any member taking part but will assist the Trek Leader in determining any emergency treatment should it become necessary. Participants are responsible for the supply and administration of any medication prescribed by a medical practitioner. It is important that the Trek Leader be informed of any medication be taken during a trek. Some medical conditions and medication can have adverse side effects at higher altitudes. Advanced bookings:
Advanced bookings for the trip help us to plan better, to complete the local formalities, secure your flight and hotel bookings and to provide you a trouble free holiday. Advance payments (including bank service charges) can be made by our company's account transfer method. Details of the account will be sent on confirmation of your booking.

CONDITIONS:
All team members should be camping and/or lodging together in every manner as per decision of Trekking Guide or Tour Leader until the return to Kathmandu.

The Trekking or Tour Leader may, at his discretion, alter the itinerary of any trek to allow for adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to make the trek meet the requirements of the trip. If the trek is shortened for any reason beyond our control, Green Peace Trekking is not liable for any refund of the amounts paid.

If any team member(s) decide to stay alone or come back before the group's set period for any reason, in these cases the company will not be held responsible for any refund or extra expenses. All team members are supposed to take care of their personal belongings. In case of any damage or loss, the company will not take any responsibility. As per the Regulatory Laws of His Majesty's Government of Nepal, Green Peace Trekking (Pvt.) Ltd. is permitted to conduct adventure activities for which the undersigned cannot claim or sue for bodily injury, terrorism, death, accident or illness. Helicopter rescues can be operated as required for clients, in consultation with the trek leader, on personal guarantee of client or on submission of high-risk Medical Insurance Policy number, to bear all expenses.
