Ama Dablam is surely one of the most beautiful of mountains and probably the most striking of views. From one angle the mountain sits serenely with its ridges extending towards you like welcoming arms whilst high on the South-West face a hanging glacier resembles a Dablam, the sacred ornamental box worn by the Sherpini, and from which the mountain takes its name.

Days 08 : Ama Dablam Base Camp & set up camp (4800m)

Days 09-24 : Climbing period to Ama Dablam (6856m)
