Annapurna Combination Trek

Program Code : IT01

 Highlights of the Trek

This trek will take you through the Pokhara Valley with its panoramic views of Machhapuchhare and the Annapurna massif, the picturesque Gurung villages of the hills and the rhododendron forested ridge lines that provide stunning vantage points for views of the highest peaks. The views of the Himalaya from the high point of this section, Panchase Peak (2540m)are among Nepal's best.

You will then spend two days rafting down the Seti River. This is a gentle river by rafting standards but offers some exciting rapid sections and a very scenic journey with interesting views of village life along the way. You will camp for two nights on the banks of the river.

Chitwan National Park offers you the opportunity of seeing some of Nepal's wildlife. While in Chitwan you will be busily involved in a number of activities, such as elephant rides through the park, walks on the many trails with Park Nature Guides, talks on elephants and demonstrations of elephant training.
