Highlights of the Trek |
|
The far eastern Himalaya contains vast
tracts of wilderness not often
encountered less inhabited and
geographically situated such that it
receives more rainfall from the Indian
monsoon allowing for luxuriant growth of
mixed forest and delicate flowers. This
trek takes us up beneath the sough side
of the Kanchenjunga Massif to view
dramatic peaks that line the trek to the
vase camp on the northern side of the
mountain does within two weeks. Open
only to organized and registered groups.
Few people will have experienced such a
beautiful part of the Himalaya.
Grade :
Challenging
These treks will involve some high
altitude activity and the occasional
pass-crossing with walks of up to 9
hours per day and altitudes not
exceeding 6000 meters. Be aware of the
physical and mental needs of this type
